Hey all, the "logic3" branded PSP charger/sync cable is available all over the place in the UK - record shops, game shops, you name it, and is less than $10 (less than £6 native
it works brilliantly, and is retractable. The power bit doesn't retract, but it's still damn neat and fits inside the top of the "pouch" that i have for the Z. |

And I got the really true, but a bit frustrating answer that this cable is only as good as the USB power supply behind it. If you have a bad USB hub offering only little more than 5V you will be able to toast your Z. Following the Trisoft guys the charging module inside the Z can be damaged very easily. I'm currently thinking of a limiting electronics board that cuts everything with more than 5V, but I don't have enough time to follow that idea. Marc |

That's very true... I'd assume that any mobo or laptop USB ports are going to be right, but I'd be wary of the cheapest hubs that are available! You could put a voltage limiting zener in there for simple protection, I suppose, but I trust my laptop USB power
