The BL08 would also fit the C1000/C3x00 wouldn't it?
$15.00 for a 1700 mah battery isn't bad at all. However, I tend to be concerned about the quality. It doesn't take much to brick a z. |

It's definitely after-market, but I've used one for over six months in my 5500 and I've had very good experience with it. Hard to beat the price when they have it on half-price clearance. The only bite is the $6 shipping charge, but it comes bubble-wrapped in a box.

The battery is probably ok.
I bought an after market battery (from a different source) for my cell phone a couple years ago, and it works very well. I guess I might be tempted if it would fit my C1000 (and if someone else wants to give one a try first) |

Too miserable, after buying two packs of them I found this thread. I have got the batteries, two, neither will work with my C3200. The flash is blinking.
I think there must be no eletricity internally, I will try to charge with some other charger to see whether it can be used or not. |

I found a compatible battery producer in China
http://www.szjingyou.com/jingyou/index.htm They have EA-BL06 and EA-BL08 batteries, the price seems to be $16-$18 or so. It seems to be good. Don't know the shipping to worldwide, how much will it cost. |
