I accidently deleted some file (cant remember what, but i get a kernel panic when i try to boot now)

And i cant reflash any image on to my SL-5500!

Ive followed the instructions completely and still nothing, the lights just stay off when i let go of the buttons and reset, help!

ok never mind i am a dumbass.

maybe this time i should try plugging the compactflash card in yeah that would be handy.
