C1000 Usb Not Working :(, C1000 USB not working :( Options

Hi guys, first of all sorry for my ugly english XD

I have a Sharp Zaurus SL-C1000, with Cacko ROM 1.23, Qtopia 1.5.4 and kernel 2.4.20 .

Recently i've bought a usb host adapter ( USB A/F to MINI 5p/M ) and tried to connect some usb peripherals such as usb pen drives (vfat formatted, 1GB), usb mouse and so on to my pda, but nothing seems to work

i installed the following ipks :

Well, I have the exact same zaurus, running the exact same ROM (Cacko, heavy), and USB works fine. The ROM supports USB without the need to add *any* software, maybe your cable is faulty or your attached devices require more power than the zaurus can provide via usb?? If that's the case, you'll need a powered hub.

If the powered hub doesn't work, you could try removing the ipks. I've not *used* Cacko, but on both pdaXii13 and Debian I have no problem plugging in a USB "travel" mouse, full-sized USB keyboard or reading/writing to a 2gig USB flash memory stick with my C1000. I do need a powered hub for anything else, but if a USB mouse won't work (after trying the powered hub) I'd look at the cable or at the Z's internals.
