This is may be an obvious thing that you have already tried, but is it possible that the screen has just blanked? If so, just try pushing the hardware button with the lightbulb on it, just over the OK button.

What model is it?
What were you doing which might have burned out the charger? Can you test the battery voltage, etc.? Si |

Try holding Fn, D, M keys at once and pressing RESET. Zaurus should enter diags mode. If yes, report your voltages.

QUOTE(kmeaw @ Oct 17 2005, 09:18 PM) Try holding Fn, D, M keys at once and pressing RESET. Zaurus should enter diags mode. If yes, report your voltages. im having similar issues with my almost dead z sl5500 (http://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=15549) ... can get into diag mode, and can flash it, but it just doesnt boot. voltages without battery: - AIN1 (B/U): 369 - AIN1 (main): 231 - AIN0 : 1022 with battery: - AIN1 (B/U): 370 - AIN1 (main): 426 - AIN0 : 509 what do these mean? |
