Haven't found out what OS is on it, nothing seems to say, it look propriatory (is that spelt right?).

I would assume it is not Linux - there are only a few Linux based phones out there: Motorola, Samsung and some in China (look at http://www.linuxdevices.com/articles/AT9423084269.html ). And you won't even recognize that Linux is under the hood... No telnet/ssh access :-) -- hns |
