Hi, All,
I'm going to plunge into bluetooth, and I've found all necessary files except for these two for file-transferring: obexftp_0.10.7_arm.ipk obexserver_1.0_arm.ipk I've googled hard but the links are few and dead. Can anybody point me to their whereabouts? Thanks, Jake |

Maybe someone will come along and post both files for you. Hope this helps. Jon

Jon_J--
Very kind of you, and I appreciate it. In your opinion, will your obexftp_0.19_1_arm work on a Trisoft/Sharp ROM like the obexftp_0.10.7_arm.ipk? Meanie had bundled an entire bluetoooth package into bluetooth-support_1.23-1_arm.ipk, which I think has both obex send and server. The rub is, I don't know if his package has bluez-zaurus_2.3-2.4.18d_arm.ipk. His "bible" of help (zbook3k.pdf) mentions the bluez-zaurus_2.12_2.4.20_alpha4_arm.ipk, and I don't know if he updated it. Again, I appreciate your help with this, Jake |

Its been a long time since I tried getting bluetooth working on my Zaurus.
I didn't have much luck with bluetooth, so I gave up and went on to other stuff. The pic shows all the bluetooth related files I've collected over the years. Some are from Meanie, and others are from elsewhere that I found here on the forum. The files in the folder "Tools For Qtopia-cacko" can be found here: http://www.oesf.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=21919 If that link is dead, I can also attach them here.

I just checked all my Zaurus files and backups, and don't have them. Sorry.

Many thanks for the interesting link. I downloaded those files (they seem to be additions/tweaks rather than the core bt apps), and if I ever do get bt working, I'll see what those files can do. And thanks for checking through your archives, Jake |
