Of which plenty are floating around nowadays. And, last but not least, are all incompatible in terms of application building unless one installs the whole bunch of toolkit libraries- Azingo here, Qt/Qtopia there, Openmoko, etc. Oliver |

(sales-pitch) This is what freesmartphone.org tries to change. One middleware, multiple application layers on top.
In the age of Android, it's a tough job to work on something like that, but alas they're still enough believing in freedom here. Hope all is well for you. |
