I did a little detective work and got in contact with the original author of ZFCEU. Although he no longer maintains it, he did upload the source files to his new website.
I'm attaching said source files here. If anyone wants this operational under OZ 3.5.4, etc... now it's possible without the problematic Compat Libs. If you do recompile, please post the IPK!
