Has anyone tried beaming contacts to or from the latest tkcrom on the c760? I could not get it to work, even when I tried to enable the beam receive setting...

It does depend what device you are beaming from/to.
on tkcrom and cacko rom I have beamed not only contacts, but ringtones wallpaper and java games to my se T610. My old nokia however could receive a contact but failed to send it to the zaurus. The file made it into /tmp however, but did not get added to the address book. However I cannot connect via IR to the phone for gprs, but I have a bluetooth card for that. I have also tried beaming a ringtone to a nokia from my phone, this did not work, but sending it from my c760 did. Peter. |
