I wouldn't expect that to be much of a problem. I've flown to Sweden a few times in recent years with a whole briefcase full of gadgets (including a SL-5500 and SL-C760) and it's never been a problem. You'll have to subject everything to the x-ray machines at passenger screening and you may find your bag singled out for closer inspection, but it's really no different than carrying a laptop. And since the C860 has no built in wireless, the flight crew shouldn't object to its use in flight.

I recently flew out of country (US) and found the bonus of Zaurus is since it's a "PDA" you don't even have to take it out of your bag, unlike a laptop that usually has to be x-rayed separately. I even had a full size keyboard in my pack and they let me send the whole kit through with no separate search. Just had to take my shoes off. smile.gif

Having flown with PDAs many times, the worst they'll ask you to do is to turn the PDA on (to make sure it really is a working PDA and not a shell for something more nefarious). As such, make sure it's charged and in good working order.

A word of warning -
if you go and change your time zone, and you have recurring appointments in your calendar, there's a good chance that they will get messed up. It's happened to me every time I changed time zones.

I have this problem too. I travel between Aftica, Europe and North America, and I would love to find a work around. Is there one? How about the KOrganizer?

Cooool, I wanna visit Africa. I've done Europe and live in America. I've also done the Middle East. When I was younger, my parents went to Egypt, but I was too young to even realize it.

Anyways, to stay on topic, I've flown many times between Philly and Orlando and had no problems. I was asked to turn it on a couple times, but that's about it.
