I tried to make it as non-obtrusive as possible. Is that cool with everyone?
Also, and I know this is a touchy question, but what software site do you guys want up there. I'd rather not put all 3 of them up there. In fact, I am going to attach a poll to this post and we can vote like that. Once I see one of them is a clear winner, I'll choose that. |

QUOTE(bluedevils @ Feb 24 2006, 11:07 PM) well the first one is no longer actively maintained (correct?). I am still deciding between the other two. I'm not sure whether or not it's active. The only reason I hesitate on the last one is because it's driven by a site looking to make money. Mike makes zero profit off this site, and actually pays for everything out of pocket. It just wouldn't seem right to support a site that is making a profit while Mike gets nothing. Especially from the very site which he pays for.. |

DZ that makes perfect sense to me. As long as elsix.org has someone to maintain it, I think it would be a good choice. Just put the word zaurus in there so google will also pick it up.

Yaa, we're always looking for someone to maintain it Things have settled down a little bit in my life, so I might start to take on some tasks. It could use a good update.. |

QUOTE(dz @ Mar 1 2006, 06:07 AM) Being that I currently try to update elsix, I didn't think it was my place to vote. I do like how the new site's format is, but I do have a problem if it's intended to make $. I don't mind giving my time to things, but if I'm going to do that, not at someone else's profit. |

Right, that's why I didn't vote as well. And I agree with your comment 100%. I actually just finished talking with sven from killefiz.de. He's going to try taking on the elsi himself and see what he can do. Hopefully we'll start being able to put out updates again. |

Hopefully we'll start being able to put out updates again. I even offered to help update his outdated entries, but he's never replied. Entries I've sent in doesn't get updated at his site either. Whatever the case, I'm willing to help. Glad he'll try to update elsix. |
