I have owned a gmini for around 6 months now - and also have never defragged it. After reading this i dont think i am going to try.
Does the player still function fine ? Regards, Eddy Barrett |

well, it's playing well and everything. from time to time it just turns off. asked the lab guy, told me to update the firmware (done) and run a checkdisk (done) and a defrag (not done, damn it). it's been a year since i bought it... maybe it's an age issue.
