Hi, I don't have a zaurus (just yet) but I know about C64 emulation. You can use Total Commander in Windows with this plugin: http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/D64.html to manipulate disk images, just use an existing one and delete all the contents and save it back to the zaurus - voila - one clean disk to use in the emulator.

C64 versions of Ultima are very nasty for disk changes - I remember playing Ultima VI with about 8 disks, ugh. There might be better versions emulated on the z, or maybe you could try Exult, but it's worlds away from the early games.

enjoy!
