Nope, I installed it normally from an SD card, with no special tricks. Not all of the icons were automagically changed for me, but that was expected and I just used icons from xtra. Everything works quite well, and my only complaint would be that the Connect/Disconnect in the Qtopia ("Start") menu are still the old style, and stand out. The card manager icon was changed to a CF card - I forget what it was before, but I use the CF slot for wireless, and only have an SD card. Not really even an annoyance, just interesting.
Two of the icons in xtra, xtra/gnome-mime-application-vnd, and....apparently the same icon again, xtra/gnome-mime-application-vnd, appear in the list but don't seem to actually have an image. Screenshot attached.

I may have to try this in Cacko later.
Presently, I'm using Cresho's "cacko123-icons-oslinux-cxxxx_1.0_arm" theme BTW, here is a *.png of the card manager icon in cacko. This is the correct image, but it's 64x64 I didn't think an icon in the taskbar would be 64x64

And for the record, any idea what the Connect/Disconnect icons are called? I've tried to change various icons such as that before, but never could get it to work. To make this perfect I'd want to swap the CyrKeyboard and Pickboard icons, replace the Connect/Disconnect icons, and swap the tray icons with more decent ones. (Not a request for Cresho, a question of where the actual icons are stored and if it's possible to change them manually..but I'm getting off-topic here.) |

That icon above is actually called qtsamba.png
It's the wrong one, here's the correct one, it's called myzaurus.png [32x32] connect and disconnect icons are located in opt/QtPalmtop/pics/netmon/ The attached icons have their respective filenames, if you right-click them and save as, the filename should appear.

Nope, the forum conveniently renames them. No worries though. I'll figure out the other and stop dragging this thing off-topic. Again, a wonderful theme, Cresho! |

QUOTE(Merardon @ Sep 21 2006, 07:54 PM) It must only retain the correct filename when the image files are too large to post and your'e taken to a new page when you click the thumbnail. The image on the new page usually has the correct filename. My last off topic post also |

Im working on the cacko kriski lines. I am also making a version 2 of the color themes. I am almost done with the new taskbar and scrollbar/buttons look. I will be delayed because I seriously accidently deleted my hardrive without backing my stuff up....basically my life. and now using "getdataback fat version" software usb to cacko rom trying to recover my lost files-which will be about 6 hours.

Installed the addonn's for the dark theme and .... WOW ! took my breath away - its THAT beautiful.
Great JOB. I never realized these themes designing could go to such levels of finesse and finish. Man, I am in love with my Zaurus once again - this time because of the sexy looks of my dark themes desktop |
