From the Synergy homepage: http://synergy2.sourceforge.net :
Synergy lets you easily share a single mouse and keyboard between multiple computers with different operating systems, each with its own display, without special hardware. It's intended for users with multiple computers on their desk since each system uses its own monitor(s). In short, with synergy you can control your handheld with your computer mouse and keyboard... I patched synergy 1.3.1 to compile on Familiar (which uses diet-x11). The synergy client was successfully tested on a simpad, but should work on any handheld (please send me some feedback if it doesn't) http://devernay.free.fr/hacks/opensimpad/v0.8.4/updates/ I have the .bb and patch ready, if any maintainer would like to review these and include them in the Familiar git. Thanks to Thomas Winkler for testing. Fred |
