I'll give it a shot this weekend. I need to flash anyway; Somehow I lost the "." dot on my main (non-X, it works fine in x-windows) console.

Excellent! I had literally just upgraded from beta1 to beta2 (was going to skip beta2 and wait for beta3, but for some funky reason after a reset, all my window decorations went AWOL, and my matchbox-panel doesn't display (it's running, I can see it in 'ps ax')).

Anyway now I can dump beta2 and start on beta3. Thanks sashz.

There's a fix for that I applied to my Zaurus a while back. I think it's fixed by changing the xmodmap file.

GCC is 3.4.6 in the feed. Could you update the zgcc image ? That would kinda make sense.
