 3.5.4.1 On Akita -- Cf Stopped Working |

Hi guys. I have the above hardware and software configuration and own an Ambicom WL1100C-CF WLAN card. Shortly after I upgraded my Akita from rc1 to production 3.5.4.1, my CF card stopped turning on when I inserted it into the slot. SD still works fine. There are no bent pins in the CF slot. Any ideas what might be going on here?
