Hi !
I'm using the Cacko rom for a while, and I'd like to improve a few things. I see that only the kernel source is available, but in the changelogs I see modifications to the network applets. So where can I find more source code ? For example, if I want to improve some settings apps, and some applets where can I find the source ? Some Qtopia code is under the GPL, so any modifications MUST be redistributed as source code... Cheers, Ludovic. |

Cheers, Ludovic. you can download them from the cacko website. there is a link to all the source packages, however, some of them have not been updated for a while so it would probably be easier if you send maslovsky a PM requesting the latest source tarball of the packages you are after. |

It would be great for some new development, I feel that Cacko is one of the best Roms out there but it could use more in terms of features.

Yes, I've seen that you can find for example the BT applet v1.0.1, while v1.0.21 is installed on the latest Cacko.
But I think that the better solution to have user contributions is to open a CVS/SVN server... |
