Hello, attempting to repartition my SD card on the Zaurus.

I type

CODE
# umount /mnt/card
# fdisk /dev/mmcd/disc0/disc

Unable to read /dev/mmcd/disc0/disc
#

or if I try to reformat the ext2 already on there

CODE
# mkfs.ext2 /dev/mmcd/disc0/part1
mkfs.ext2: No such device or address while trying to determine filesystem size
#

Any ideas?

The card appears to be good, I can use it with the ext2 partition already on there. Can't fdisk with it though either.

EDIT: Took the typos out

what is on your SD for the moment ?

I had similar problems (debian on the card), what I did is this
- reboot your Z without the card in it
- insert the card
- umount
- fdisk

This worked for me.

Didn't work, but I used someone else's Z to repartition it.
