I would like to change the default icons on a c860, is it possible and are there any other icon sets available for the Zaurus ROM?

Yes this is possible. Have a look on http://www.zaurususergroup.com other sections.
You will need to remplace them. The present version of Qtopia doesn't deal with icons themes. |

If you go the ZUG Homepage (link in previous post) and go to ZUG downloads, you will see another link to Themes and Backgrounds. I am going to try the same thing myself.
