I just got a japenese z 860 from pricejapan. Is there a konsole ap somewhere (some of the ap titles in japanese) or a way when booting to enter a command as superuser. There is a command on the c3000 that supposedly rolls it back to english and I want to try it on the c860. Appreciate any help.
In any event I am going to try the video player on the z be4 flashing pdxrom. It only plays mpeg4 but it seems easy to convert files from mpeg2 to mpeg4. |

Thanks for the help BD. I'll give it a shot although all the Japenese impresses friends. Anyone can do linux but linux in Japanese. I have enough experience with the 5600 that I can barely navigate the japanese ops
