Does anyone know if I can use NAND Backup/Restore procedure for SL-C860 described on the page:
http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php...Flash%20Restore? Have anyone tried it on SL-C860? Is the procedure of getting English service menu for SL-C860 same as for SL-C7x0 described on the page: http://www.zaurususergroup.com/modules.php...Service%20Menus? How can I safely leave this pages without doing anything? Before I start to modify sytem I need to be sure if I am safe. I have already made the backup using Backup/Restore application (to CF). But what when I accidentially destroy system and will not be able to reach a system? jurwit |

It works, I've used the instructions listed to backup and restore NAND - trying different custom roms. So far the only way I've found to safely exit is to get back to the main screen after backup/restore then remove the battery (no ac power). This will put it back into a reboot mode. If anyone knows a better way, it would be nice.

On page three of the menu system there is a entry called "extra", it takes you to an extra menu - fancy that - and there is an entry called restart or reboot (sorry can't recall off hand but it' really obvious) that will restart without you having to take the battery back out
