Hi!
In the cacko 1.20 changelog you can read: QUOTE Added option to boot into a "true" Linux console at runlevel 2: When "Wait..." message appears during boot, click "/," button and select "C". You can switch between tty1-tty6 using Alt + Arrow keys or typing chvt [1..6] To return to Qtopia, type "init 5" as root But it does not seem to work with cacko 1.23  With 'qkonsole', running 'init 2' seems to freeze my Z. And chvt does not seem to work. Any ideas ? Is that feature broken ? Cheers, Ludo. |

Ok, I've found out !
You need to press '/' before the countdown, *after* a reboot. Restarting Qtopia is not enough. |
