I love the form factor of my 3100 but sometimes it would be great to have a larger screen (for reading/annotating PDFs). Vgaout is trcicky to say the least so I have been looking for the most stripped down screen that could be coupled to the zaurus....
The closest I have found is the Viewsonic V210 or V212 http://www.viewsonic.com/products/mobilewi...splay/index.htm It has a 10" touch screen and 4 hours battery life. It uses a wireless interface and has a CF port (V212). Weighs about 1.3kg Sounds perfect... but it runs windows CE and as far as I can see it does not support a VNC client program  Not sure if it's hackable (runs strongarm 400mHz) and I haven't been able to find any sites saying that anyone has tried. Is this likely to be feasible? |

You mean there are no VNC viewers for WM? I'm sure I've seen one somewhere, like here for one:
