you can get a working openvpn-2.0 ipk including dependencies (openssl) from My Feed (tested on a C1000 but schould work on a C3200 too).

lzo_1.08_arm.ipk installed but trying to run i get
openvpn: error while loading shared libraries: liblzo.so.1 cannot load shared object.

though "sudo find / -iname liblzo.so.1" returns
/home/QtPalmtop/lib/liblzo.so.1
