Hi, reading the pdaxrom-installing-how-to I've noticed that the tree files described here http://www.pdaxrom.org/node/48 aren't in the beta4 of pdaxrom.
The author says the tree files are: initrd.bin, tools.tar, and updater.sh but in the file http://mail.pdaxrom.org/download/1.1.0beta...ita-current.zip there aren't these files but the follwing: autoboot.sh kernel.img rootfs.img Why this? Is correct if I use put these files in my SD to switch to pdaxrom from my current cacko? Thanks in advance. |

It lead me to erase my Japanese boot loader, afterward I was crapping bricks when I no longer got the familiar 4 way selector in Japanese after pressing power on with the OK button, but instead a completely different bootloader was installed which could only be used with this particular OS. I had to dig very hard on the Internet to restore the original bootloader. so please be very careful with this one! you could easily brick the Computer if you make the slightest mistake ! |
