Okay,
this is what I would like to do. I totally trashed Now since I am going to take it out, I would like to just put in my 8g CF card instead. So, Is this correct procedure? 1st I go to TriSoft and d/l their ck flash image. C3000-2005-03-18-12-30.zip 2nd I place this unzipped on my 8 gig CF card thru a card reader 3rd I place the 8 gig back into my C3K Z and start it up (voila a running c3k) Does this sound correct, or am I going to have to do something else? Right now my 4g card is totally hosed, and I can't get into the diagnosis menu to do anything. I can get into the flash menu, but - I can't fdisk my drives, I have tried multiple times to do it - but nothing works. (see my sad Thank you, Lareya |

Can you not install pdaxrom for example (like on your c860) , and this will recreate the necessary file structure to give you a working system? You would need a 128mb sd or cf card...
