I don't see why not - SDHC was designed from the outset to go to 2TB, they just artificially limited it to 32GB because the filesystem support for more wasn't there (and neither was the hardware). Now they're just removing those restrictions and specifying a new filesystem and maximum speed.
At the very least you should be able to reformat one to ext2 and use it on day 1. |

The price won't be cheap. No point spending futher $$$ on Zaurus if it works.
