Hi all,
the Openmoko Freerunner was presented at the SYSTEMS fair in Munich (21-24 Oct 2008) at the booth of Golden Delicious Computers (handheld linux shop). Many visitors were interested in seeing and touching the Freerunner and astonished how good it works. It was shown with * factory image * Qtopia * 2008.9 * QuantumSTEP (on a Neo 1973) There was also a demo how the Freerunner controls some lights through an USB host interface and a relay switch board. Some photos have been posted in a German forum: http://freeyourphone.de/portal_v1/viewtopic.php?p=6792#p6792 http://www.sebastianbartsch.de/data/SYSTEM...20-%20OpenMoko/ -- hns |
