Well, the title says all... r197@C860-SP8. I did search the forum but I did not find anything. It's just that my volume is zero and I cannot move it up.

Hi, perhaps a bit late, but have you tried alsamixer? Open a shell and start alsamixer, turn off the "Mute" on the mixer channel (using the "m"-key"). That is the same for all versions of pdaXrom I tried so far. Cheers, Jan |

have you already tried to start alsa manually? /etc/rc.d/init.d/alsa start helped me when alsamixer did not work, but i do not know the Version.. i guess it was 1.1.0 beta 4 "Kathrin" Greetings liquid |
