Hi, sorry if this is rather a basic question. I have recently had a problem getting the
"Add/Remove" software on my Z6KL to see the new software I have loaded for installation. Has anyone else had this problem? I still have enough internal memory. I would like to find out how to load the .ipk files from console. Is there software about for the Z6KL that will do it? Cheers, lek |

To install a package from the command line, run:
ipkg install <file.ipk> It's sometimes possible to manually install an application by converting the file to a .tgz, unzipping (via WinZip), and then placing the files extracted in the appropriate directories (setting permissions when appropriate. |
