I was trying to dual boot Cacko and pdaXrom on my C1000, but i met with some problem, these are what i did:
1. Put pdaXrom rc12 root file system on SD card, as far as I know, it share same kernel version with Cacko. 2. Boot into Cacko console, not starting qpe, to runlevel 2 3.login as root, mount /proc, mount /dev/pts, then pivot root, exit and I saw the pdaxrom login prompt ts_test and ts_calibrate all worked well, but when I startx, I saw only tool bar at the bottom, program icons doesn't appear, I can start aterm and other programs from the menu, but I cant exit x window What might be the problem? Hope I in this way I can switch between pdaxrom and cacko without need to reboot the kernel, I dont know if it's feasible. |
