i just got a pdair case from brando and the thing is a really tight fit (yes it is installed properly). with the insert in, i have to stretch the closure tab to the point that the female end of the clasp is being pulled apart from the leather. without the insert, is it still tight. i have not tried it with an sd or cf card in one of the slots, but i do not think it would close at all if i did. how do other peoples zaurus fit their pdair cases (loose, tight, just right)? can you fit a cf or sd card in the slots?

Yes, it is a bit tight. I threw the insert away because it just got in the way.
My CF cards (BT and wlan) are kept in the main pocket - the only thing that would fit in the card-holder pockets was a credit card!. Now after a few weeks wear it closes quite nicely. |

YEs!
after a few weeks of using, it starts to fit like levi jeans. It molds on your zaurus and starts feeling more comfortable. |
