I dont know if this is the same at all best buys but i picked up a Ambicom wireless CF (WL1100C-CF) for 49 bucks. they were advertised on the the shelf as 69.99 but after it rang up i asked about it and the girl told me they were on sale just not advertised. Might be worth a try at other best buys if you need a card. It seems to work pretty good, have had no problems at all with it so far. Sorry if this might be old news.
