I was wondering how many users have decided to use Cacko lite version of the ROM instead of full one. While creating a poll I decided to add other options just for the completeness...

I'm using Cacko lite + Japanese (which wasn't an option) so I choose the cacko lite option in its place.

I'm currently using stock roms on my 5500, but I just changed my fiance's to cacko for 5500. However, our experience with that is not going well due to the "lockup on suspend"/"locking up at external power" issue. I'm going to put her on either crow or back to stock if the lockup issues continue. I'm now debating if I should bother trying to move mine to one of the 64-0 roms or not. My 5500 never seems to have the issues hers does. Mine runs SD as ext2 fine, hers would lock up randomly using stock roms (but work fine formatted VFAT). I really want the non-volatility and extra ram, but if it doesn't fly without random loss of engines I'm not much interested. The fine set of additions in the cacko rom are nice, but they aren't worth the instability. Randomly switching SD cards until it succeeds just isn't really an option. It would be nice to have the time and understanding to tackle the issue, but so far neither are readily available.

I use the Cacko 5500 ROM currently. I had lockup problems too, mostly due to SD cards that weren't very good quality. Including lexar and panasonic.

Just for the sake of being a pissy OS orphan. I use sharp rom on my 6000l. Did I mention my lack of choice?

Well I will answer both yes and no to Cacko 1.22
to explain - what about those users who have two devices ... on my 6000L - Stock Sharp ROM on my C750 - Cacko 1.22 Lite thank God I had some choice - device wise and ROM wise. |
