I've been trying to register, but I keep getting a registration disabled by administrator notice.

Sorry it took so long to reply with some juicy bits for you, Work did beckon me to leave ZUG for a couple of hours  .
This appears to be a module that isn't running at the moment. I really don't want to enable it without first clearing it with offroadgeek as it might be disabled at the moment for a reason. As soon as we can enable it, we look forward to your registration .
