I'm going to be ordering a bluetooth module from segor (on the excellent advice of Guylhem) which will be soldered in.

Before I start, I just want to confirm that dismantling a 6000 isn't a traumatic experience... I've not see much in the way of photos showing the thorough stripping-down on one, so I'm hoping someone can reassure me that I'm not insane to consider it!

It's not too difficult to take apart, about 6-8 screws. I have various pics of it taken apart on my web site, but not a step by step.

Your website's a classic! I thought I was bad for taking things apart! When I was young, I dismantled my father's expensive hifi cassette desk, and something went boing and it took me a day to put it back together again; luckily I am older and wiser, and have enough willpower to hold off taking my Z's apart (well, at least until there's a mod/enhancement I can achieve).
