Hi,
Let's be direct: I'm 100% beginner to linux, but got a C3K and would like to know how to explore it, and develop basic applications. I know a but of Unix. Would any of you be kind enough to indicate me where to start: any good book on linux embedded, which would have information I could use for the zaurus? any web site with introductory material? With the little knowledge I have I find it hard to follow the threads, and to find my way in all the informations. Thanks! |

You'll need to know this stuff: http://www.tldp.org/LDP/Linux-Filesystem-Hierarchy/html/
In fact there are lots of docs on this site - http://www.tldp.org/ There's a getting started guide in here: http://www.tldp.org/guides.html Lots of HowTos & FAQs too. Si |

I have found the following site the most interesting and comprehensive ( for the Zaurus side of things):
