I downloaded a C1000 startup manual in pdf then discovered that
I do not appear to have a pdf viewer on my Cacko equipped C1000. Anyone know of a ipk for a Cacko-friendly pdf reader, please? Thanks! doc |

Go here http://web.mol.ru/~zaurus/feed/
and download qpdf2_render-freetype-2.3.0-070505a-1_arm.ipk It may or may not need the following 2 dependencies. This depends on if Cacko already have these installed: 1. libfreetype_6.3.4-1_arm.ipk 2. libt1_1.3.0-1_arm.ipk What I would do, is try to install qpdf2 first and see if the installer complains about missing libraries, or something to that effect. I've listed below the package description and dependencies, as listed in the ("Packages" file), which is also in the same directory as above ipk's. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Package: qpdf2 Version: render-freetype-2.3.0-070505a-1 Depends: libfreetype, libt1 Section: qpe/applications Architecture: arm Maintainer: Philip Kohn <pkohn@mail.nih.gov> MD5Sum: 78968771bae6e701b81bd1653d87a0dd Size: 437537 Filename: ./qpdf2_render-freetype-2.3.0-070505a-1_arm.ipk Description: Advanced PDF viewer and organizer for QPE. Package: libfreetype Version: 6.3.4-1 Section: Libraries Architecture: arm Maintainer: Philip Kohn <pkohn@mail.nih.gov> MD5Sum: bf1be8c4e0121425c4b8ef62e09a6081 Size: 174028 Filename: libfreetype_6.3.4-1_arm.ipk Description: A free and portable TrueType font rendering engine. Package: libt1 Version: 1.3.0-1 Section: Libraries Architecture: arm Maintainer: Philip Kohn <pkohn@mail.nih.gov> MD5Sum: f2167031dd11663d401c48a9e80e18d2 Size: 112279 Filename: libt1_1.3.0-1_arm.ipk Description: T1lib is a library which generates character and string glyphs from Adobe Type 1 fonts. T1lib uses most of the code from the X11 rasterizer donated by IBM to the X11 project, but has eliminated some of the disadvantages of the rasterizer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jon |
