Probably it is a stupid question, but i see there is no flash plugin in opera or netfront...
where can i find this plugin ( running on qtopia + cacko) I think it is impossible that there is no flash plugin running on zaurus + opera / nefront.... Thinking zaurus is a business PDA ( surfing the web with full flsh support is indispensable ) |

QUOTE(gab74 @ Mar 24 2006, 02:28 PM) There is a flash player; QFlashPlayer in the Cacko feed. Install it; then in Opera tap the toolbar icon second from left, tap preferences, file types, MIME types, there's a drop-down list; find application/x-shockwave-flash, and select open in browser from the action dropdown list, tap apply, tap okay ... there you are. In Netfront's toolbar, select View > enable animations. Edited to provide instructions. This post has been edited by brashley46: Mar 24 2006, 05:48 PM |

Anyone know what's needed to make sound work with this flash player?
This *.SWF plays, but without sound. It plays with sound on my desktop PC using media player classic. (windowz) I couldn't attach it as a *.SWF, so I zipped it.

I did some searching and it looks like qflashplayer doesn't play Flash 5 files very well.
It does play this one, (but without sound). The screenshot shows in the titlebar that it is a Flash 5 file. Jon

Can anyone play flash in Opera?
I cannot. I have done the configuration as brashley46 gave. Any help? I suspect there is some configuration problem, can anyone share the x-shockwave-flash related configuration in opera.ini? Thanks. |

One reason I switched to Cacko Lite, was to NOT have Opera installed. I use Netfront. Jon |

Those lines on my installation say: CODE [File Types Extension] ... application/x-shockwave-flash=.0 ... [File Types Section Info] ... application/x-shockwave-flash=2....swf. | ... Hope that helps! |
