Hello all,
I just got a 700 and can't get any of 3 pc's (XP sp2) to recognize it. When I plug it in the pc says "usb device connected" then a few seconds later says there is a problem with the usb device and ignores the 700. I have tried the 700 as a windows device and as a hard drive device. Thanks in advance for any ideas. |

I exchanged the unit, new one works fine. Must have been a dud.
