this is a neat environment and runs on arm 9 and 11 xscale processors.
too bad their stuff is proprietory and not opensource |

I can't say too much obviously. I flipped a few folks out there when I showed them SavajeOS running on my SL-5500 though (although not natively).  John |

Sun now owns the SavaJe IP, they bought it after the company went bankrupt.
I've seen posts on the on the OpenMoko list to the effect that Sun is rapidly working on porting the SavaJe stuff to the OpenMoko device. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/sfgate...&entry_id=16310 Perhaps Sun _is_ finally freeing java! I'm more interested in seeing it run on Z! markpmc |
