Hello,

is there any journal / diary application available which can be compiled for pdaXrom (i.e. no QTopia, but ncurses or GTK) which

either:
- uses plain text files which are editable on any editor on any platform and are thus also easy to read and to search

or:
- uses XML data files and
- can be compiled for Windows and MacOS, too?

I have seen cire, but this is a little bit too basic for me and usability is not optimal (many question dialogs etc.). and the ncorses interface doesn't work too well, too, on the Zaurus.

The application in question should have a way to generate time stamps for note creation AND last modification.

Thanks
daniel
