If you mean the gnome desktop, I don't know of a packaged version for pdaxrom.
Would be nice to have the latest version of Dillo compiled (http://www.dillo.org/download.html) I tried but it fails on ./configure with the following error checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables |

QUOTE(Capn_Fish @ Nov 6 2006, 08:22 PM) QUOTE(xjqian @ Nov 6 2006, 07:50 PM) Do you have any specific one in mind? Either way, go ahead and point me to some source code, and I'll try to compile it. I'm on my way to set up and streamline my dev enviroment. I will try to compile svn myself first. If i'm can't do it, I will ask for your help. Thanks anyway. And if anybody happen to have an svn ipkg (hard to believe that we don't have svn in the feeds), please post so I can move on to compile something else. |

How do I patch a library? Any luck? |

I'm hoping to get a ton of compiling done this weekend, as I shouldn't have any work to do.

I am using xubuntu on the desktop but not xfce on the Z, I do really like thunar so I would like to use PCmanFM on the Z(very similar to thunar)
Source code and buiding instructions are here: http://pcmanfm.sourceforge.net/build.html Thank you very much. |

Thunar is already in Chero's feed: http://www.pdaxrom.org/contrib/Chero/
But now I would like to ask someone to complie: abuse-sdl: http://www.labyrinth.net.au/~trandor/abuse/ I got it compiled but ended up with unknown segmentation fault. XEvil: http://www.xevil.com/ Relevant architecture specification (armv5tel) is missing in config.mk in the source. Thanks! |

QUOTE Thunar is already in Chero's feed: http://www.pdaxrom.org/contrib/Chero/ Thanks for the pointer however I knew that already, I tried thunar combined with matchbox+openbox but it's too much related with xfce libraries (libexo, libxfce4util) and even then, if you want to assign preferred applications it complains with:Failed to execute child process "update-desktop-database" (No such File or directory) That's why I asked for PCManFM which is close without the libraries overhead. Thanks |
