I've got these 6000 manuals posted in this thread:
https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=21882 Since attachments are broken, does anyone have a place I can upload them? opera_sl6000_manual.pdf (opera section stripped from OperationManual) SL-6000ss.pdf (just an advertising brochure) SL6000_BackupRestore.pdf SL6000_DigitalCamera.pdf SL6000_FileManager.pdf SL6000_HancomMobileOffice.pdf SL6000_Intellisync.pdf SL6000_OperationManual.pdf SL6000_QtopiaDesktop.pdf SL6000_StartupGuide.pdf SL6000_Terminal.pdf SL6000_Troubleshooting.pdf SL6000_ZaurusFileTransfer.pdf This post has been edited by Jon_J: Dec 31 2006, 10:10 AM |

If you send them to montanaq (at) gmail DOT com
I'll stick them somewhere on tyrannozaurus that's easy for everyone to get to. |

I tried using email, got message that file was to big for mail server.
hmmm. Someone here, last month wanted me to send a 650mb ISO file in the mail. Is that possible? I'm going to try to send it in 3 emails this time. The total is about 15mb. EDIT: I just sent them in 3 separate emails. SL-6000 manuals pt 1 of 3 SL-6000 manuals pt 2 of 3 SL-6000 manuals pt 3 of 3 I hope they came through OK. I made a manuals Wiki page for them:
http://www.tyrannozaurus.com/?q=wiki/SL6000Service You shouldn't have to register to download them. You can get to them manually by going to the main page and clicking Wiki -> ZaurusKnowledgeBase -> ZaurusManuals -> SL6000Service There isn't too much else in the Wiki yet though. I'm still working some bugs out. |

I'm not sure if these are actually "Service" manuals, maybe "User manuals".
I'm thinking after posting this, that the original poster of THIS thread may have wanted a "Service" manual with schemetics, diagrams, "inner hardware descriptions", etc. that a "service" professional would use to repair the hardware when one of these units is sent to a repair shop. |

Yes, I was hoping for a service manual, which doesn't come on the CD that ships w/the 6K as all those other ones in this thread do.

Yes, I am looking for a Hardware oriented service manual as well. I'd like to replace the backup battery in my SL-6000 (Qtopia is always telling me it is dead, kind of annoying). Craig... |
