I would imagine a large percentage of Z users are Commodore refugees and so I think many of you will find this 2hr documentary by one of the Amiga's main engineers- Dave Haynie- quite interesting or at least a good bit of computing nostalgia. Amigans who've not already seen this might want to check it out just to see footage of the unreleased AAA chipset prototype boards.

I've always said there's Commodore people and there's Tandy people.
Sorry danboid but I'm a Tandy guy. I'll check out the video though. Sounds good. |

Man, I've forgotten how much I hate Google Video. 15 minutes into it I'm getting nauseous. 20 minutes into it, the stream craps out.

Jon_J:
Strange- are you trying to download it under IE? When I click 'Download' under FF it saves it as an avi. .gvp (Google Video Player) are just text files in which you should find a link to the actual video. Trash-80 fans: Honestly, don't get me started. Comparing the C64 to the TRS-80 is like comparing Bach to the Backstreet Boys http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=...759&q=commodore |

Very nice. Funny, for a Tandy guy, Antikx dresses like a Commodore. I think I went:
Sinclair ZX-80 Sinclair ZX-81 Commodore C-64 Commodore C-128 PC |

Just kiddin'. I think they were both good computers. My first computer was a Tandy so I probably became biased. When I eventually got a C64 it just didn't turn my crank. *shrug* |
