too many guest in the forum.... Options

I understand that the fact of this info being on the top of the page makes it oblivious to most people.
The point I was attempting to make was that the fact that the info was available on top hopefully means
that it would be simple to duplicate this on the bottom where it is most likey to be seen.
Possible?

I think gusts shouldn't be allowed to post exept in the general disscution area. it makes the forum all clutered with guest posts. i don't see why the email adress thing should even be an issue. if poeple dont want spam (which is unlkely any ways) they should just get a free yahoo or hotmail adress. i do it and it workes great.
