Bt Dial-up Problem - Status: Network Disconnect Options

After playing some time with c3100 and sharprom. My bluetooth dial-up network shows the following:
1. initializing the modem
2. connecting
3. connecting 0:00:00 [when click "I" icon, i can see the DNS server ip, but ip is 0:0:0:]
4. network disconnect

any ideas? i'm using Anycom CF BT card and the here's my Bluetooth dial-up setting

Try setting your phone number to *99***1# . That instructs the phone to use its other GPRS connection details; normally by using *99#, you would have to pass those details yourself through the init string.

any ideas?

do i need to pair up from zaurus? i just did the pair up from mobile phone, nokia 9300 only.
