The openmoko people said they were going to do they own forum, so why fragment?

Do you go to the same bar in a single location in the world to meet all people you have ever met? It *IS* already fragmented between the OpenMoko group and OESF group. I would assume that some are active in both. By having a subforum here would try to *reduce* fragmentation. B) SIMpad, Archos, iPaq and Nokia Tablets forums are already here c) I think there are some common aspects between OESF and OpenMoko d) not including OpenMoko here will be the beginning of the end of this forum which still appears to be dedicated to the Zaurus (although it has been renamed long time ago). Why not try to keep it alive? e) there has not yet been a decision which own forum OpenMoko will have. Maybe, they will have 10 different. -- hns |
